  This was the worst experience I’ve had with a plumber and I’ve had several run in with plumbers due to remodeling. They charged for an hour (150) service charge (70) they were in my drive way 4pm and then sat there for min 5 min came in spent 7 min in the house (this is not a joke I timed them). when asked why I am being charges 150 for hour of labor their responses were we always chare for a full hour after 10 min. I did point out that it was less than that but he stated he was my house for over 10 min. Utterly ridiculous. Their response when I talked to his " boss” was things have gone up. Also, he told me it took 50 min to drive there and then 50 min back and 20 min to find the part. I’m sorry that’s really terrible business plan and I would strongly recommend that people read these reviews on this company before you call them because I wish I had. Also, for 274$ they did not check for flushing of my water with I found later shoulder have been done (This is was from a DYI U-tube)

  Requested info on Angie’s list. Was called within a few minutes to get a quote. Company came next day early in the morning and installed our new water heater. They had to go pick up and exchange a new unit since the first one was dented out of the box from Lowes. Installed the new unit - left work area super clean. I would use this company again. This is a small two person company and the owner was pleasant to deal with, his worker, Aaron, was a younger gentleman (he did most of the work) and he was super calm and very courteous. Hot water…. Check!

  Called this man for a hot water heater did have to cancel ended up using another company so he had the audacity to call the city and report that I had a water heater put in without a permit
