RJM was the original company for the build of my house and I used them to install "comfort" toilets. Today, one of the toilets was just running water and I called to get it repaired. I was told that I would be called back and 5 hours later I called them again to see if they would be able to send someone out today. Again, I was told that they would have the 'warranty' person call me right back which did not happen. Roto-rooter is now on their way and will be here in 30 minutes. I am so disappointed that a company whose services I had previously used would not even bother to call me back-if nobody could come, let me know so that I can call someone else. Over 5 hours is way too long to not receive a call back.

This company was hired by DR Horton to fix a warranty issue at our new home. In the end, DR Horton would not cover the part because of a freak cold snap we had in the south. This company gave us a quote to fix our water heater, which they did and we paid the on-site tech. We have called 3 times asking for a receipt of services rendered and every time they say they will mail it. This has been going on since January and its now mid-March and we still haven't gotten a receipt or itemized bill. We need the receipt to prove what was done and who did the work in the event something comes up in the future. How hard is it to just put something in the mail?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED When my home was first built, there was a sewage smell coming from the master bath tub. I called for them to come since they did the plumbing. I was first told to “open a window”. It was mid July and hot! After several phone calls to get someone out, the owner came himself and told me I was “making it up”. My ex and the father of my children owns a local, competitive plumbing company. He told me to have them smoke test the line. The owner completely refused stating it did not need to be smoke tested and nothing was wrong with the line. (I would have had my ex come but the home was brand new and RJM did the rough in and all the plumbing, so why not have them check/correct their own work?) There was smoke testing done in my neighborhood last week and my master bath filled with smoke. I called the water company who told me to call the plumber because the outside lines were clear. I was told someone was coming today between 11-12. I just called (at 12:20) and was informed that the girl didn’t take my number and the boss was out of town, so no one would be coming. I had given her all of my information, including address and lot number. Now I have to rely on them to call me Friday, if the boss returns and tells her what to do?!?! Unbelievable! Not to mention my walk-in shower floor cracked after about a year. They came and sealed it and it cracked again. I asked them to please replace it so I wouldn’t get mildew. They did replace the floor part by putting a new floor over it but there has been a crack where it was “sealed” to the wall of the shower since a week after it was installed. CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
