Very positive experience. Had a different company here first and they were not able to perform the work. So I called Rivo, they came here,  looked at what needed done and did it. Complete and fast. When I need a plumber I will definitely call Rivo again.

Rivo did a fantastic job installing our Vermont casting stove after the dealer we purchased it from decided they didn't want to do installs any longer

Employees are very professional and caring from the first phone call through the end of the service. They were prompt and respectful.  We  highly recommend  this business.

We had Rivo in for what we thought was a small shower door leak, that turned in to a much larger repair!  They were still able to get it finished the same day!  Everyone was so kind and gave updates along the way!! Will absolutely be using again in the future!

Found our sewer line was backing up when we got home from work. Basement was flooded with nastiness. Called several other places and couldn't get anyone to come over till the next day. Called Rivo and they sent someone right over. He was nice and professional and got us taken care of. Thanks!

Rivo to the rescue again! Two years after my first review had a pretty major water leak that caused me to have to shut off the water to the whole house. They were able to work me into their schedule and get it fixed the same day! Great customer service! Thanks!
