  Cole was originally available by phone even during the off hours. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in what specific problem I was experiencing and was flexible in scheduling an appointment ASAP. The gas valve on my water heater needed to be replaced and the repair cost was an extreme value ($125). Cole was able to schedule an appointment the day of the part arriving. Cole was able to repair the issue in under a half hour easily. I used Benjamin Franklin plumbing prior and there was an $89 fee just for the plumber to tell me to call my water heater warranty service. I will definitely call RiverWorks Plumbing again and would recommend it to a friend.

  I can’t thank Cole enough for coming last minute to fix our water heater! I thought I was going to have to wait a day or 2. He was able to come same day I contacted him! I highly recommend his services

  Our old water heater had calcium deposits in the bottom causing it to pop when heating. Cole gave us some options and ultimately we went with a Navien tankless unit to replace our old water heater. Very professional while in our home replacing the unit and great results. I plan to call again for all future plumbing needs.
