  We've used this business exclusively for 15+ years. I called to make an appointment and a rude woman told me "they are too busy" and "call someone else". When I mentioned we prefer them, she asked if I wanted to be put on a waiting list. I said yes, and 2.5 months later I still haven't received a call. Very unprofessional.

  Right before we hosted our family get together for the Christmas holiday, our hot water heater went out! Adding injury to insult, our old one was too old to replace and we had to upgrade to meet code. Not only could we reach Riverside Plumbing during the holiday season, they were extremely helpful at providing us with options and very flexible with their scheduling. The installation was much quicker than expected, and their staff even took great care to be respectful of all of the snow and dirt being tracked in our home! It is rare in this day and age to find a business who has a staff you can trust to be in your home. Two thumbs up and much appreciation to Riverside Plumbing!
