  Ten years ago I scheduled a service call with them. They never showed up. No service, not even a phone call. Ten years later I gave them a second chance. The customer service rep was professional and friendly and assured me that someone would call me. It’s been eight weeks now and no phone call. Though the CSR I spoke with came across professionally, the rest of the company clearly is not professional. I’ve already had someone else do the work. Needless to say there will be no third chance. It’s clear to me that they do not want to do residential work.

  This is by far the worst company ever. I called them on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. I took off work and had been waiting for the plumber. At 1pm I called to find out the expected time of arrival and was told I did not have an appointment which is crazy because I had called and confirmed my appointment. I was simply told that there was nothing they can do. This company is horrible. Please do not waste your time.
