  Very nice people. I had been having a problem with my drains clogging. The man showed up worked on it, needed some extra help from a coworker. Left, came back, and had me back up and running. I know it was a hard job and he spent a lot of time helping me. I really appreciate their time. I will be using them again in the future, if I need. Will refer them to anyone needing a plumber. Thanks again.

  River Valley Plumbing is the best! I trust them above anyone with all plumbing issues. My most recent service was a gas fireplace insert. Not only did they do great work, they did it with respect and made sure I was happy with their work. I was instructed in operating my new fireplace even, and the plumber made sure I understood. I also love their system of letting customers know when they are scheduled and that the plumbers call to let you know they are on their way. River Valley offers the best customer service ever! They have the best office staff and best field staff. I recommend them every chance I get!
