  Furnace went out - being a DIYer, I rapidly troubleshot it and pinpointed the faulty part. Called these folks up and sure enough they had the part! What about ebay or amazon? Well yeah I could’ve got it there too, for less $$, but I’d have to wait for delivery and suffer with a knock-off imported part. Friendly service and knowledgeable advice. Nice little showroom and plenty of shop space out back.

  Good product, fair prices. The installation wasn't done properly and seemed like he was in a hurry to get done. Called the office and they sent out a service guy the next day, happy to say that he fixed the issue seems to be working good. Nice to have a company stand behind there work.

  River Falls Heating does great work and excellent customer service. I needed a kitchen exhaust vent installed in a new location and was concerned about getting work done before cold weather. Dave and RF Heating team was able to figure out how to work me into their schedule and bring a team to get the work done in just a few hours. Looks great, functions perfectly and they spent extra time cleaning up our floor around the attic access, leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived! Great work and highly recommend them as a local partner!
