The two gentlemen they sent out after hours fixed the problem and gave an explanation of what caused the problem!  It was greatly appreciated that they sent someone out today and I didn’t have to wait until Monday.

They have shower/sink faucet stems there at the office parts store. It's the only place to go for hard to find faucet things and if you want a professional to help you.  Make sure and bring the old parts and they will match it up and usually have it on hand. The prices aren't terrible compared to a box store who sell the aftermatket versions for the same price or more.
I recently started using them for sewer and drain on rentals. So far so good and they unstopped one another plumber couldn't. The office answers good and takes good directions without having to call people's cell phones.

The best plumbing service in Shreveport in my experience, Roger the technician they sent out came quickly , finished the job and haven't had any problems since.. thanks Roger!

In spite of having used them for decades. They charged us $160. & did not fix our problem. We called to speak to the owner but was told we couldn't.

Rinchuso’s repaired a leak in my foundation and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the results. Todd, the technician they sent out, was professional , worked diligently , and you could tell he had great work ethics. He made sure we understood exactly what was required to complete the job. After completing the work he took us to each repair point to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product . His manager “Chuck” even contacted us during the repair to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. I already new Rinchuso’s the best plumbing company in this area because I’ve used them in the past, and their workers are second to none. Thank you Rinchuso’s for an excellent job. Definitely a five star company.
