  We've had them out several times & they've always done great work at a good price. Last time they installed a new dishwasher. A few days later it sprung a leak & he came back out & fixed the problem free of charge. They are always professional & friendly!

  Thank God for you all, Rikard Plumbing!!! After 7 years and 3 other plumbers, you guys found the sewer gas leak issue! The magical smoke machine and a bright young man solved an off and on problem that turned into a constant nightmare. I especially like the friendly calls from the office keeping us posted- we weren't forgotten like before by others in spite of how busy this group is. Thanks for the great service!

  This company was great. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to get someone out to my place within a few hours. It is virtually impossible to get anyone in Eureka Springs to answer the phone, much less actually show up. Rikard came from Missouri with no problem. The gentleman that arrived was professional, and very kind. He identified the problem right away and had it fixed in no time at all. I appreciate very much the Rikard took care of my problem so promptly and professionally. I now know who I can count on for any plumbing needs I might have. I highly recommend Rikard. Fast, reliable, professional. Thank you!
