It's taken me a few years to write this review because the experience was so painful. I called this company because I was suspecting low pressure water flow due to debris in faucet line. They sent out a guy by the name of, I think, Matt (a heavy guy) and someone else who accompanied him. Within minutes, we had a plumbing leak! They were trying to make me think it was there when I know it wasn't ever a leak and so did my other half because we did lots of inspecting and trying to fix the issue beforehand. When the heavy guy saw I wasn't buying it, he said he did it. Then he said it wasn't a low pressure. he said it had to be my water heater since the water heater was on the other side of the wall. He said the water heater was old and I said it was replaced a year ago. He was getting upset (actually when he walked in he seemed to have a very big chip on his shoulder). My realtor friend was there and thought he was very rude. The guy said I was asking him too many questions and that I was rude and he wasn't going to put up with my questions anymore and leave. I said, you have to fix the leak you created to which he said he did but in fact he didn't! I had to shut off the water line. I called Rightway plumbing company because I was in shock and appalled. I was shaken by what had just happened. I later found out the technician was the supervisor! The owner never returned my call. We had to get another plumber over. The other company said the problem was low pressure due to rubber getting into the faucet line but the plumbing leak Rightway plumbing did caused really bad complications and now the bill was hefty. What a nightmare! The should be called WRONGWAY plumbing. You made me suffer so much. You are truly an apathetic human being.

That guy Matt you are referring to works for Mastertech Plumbing. I apologize that you had this experience but Matt was only employed by us for a short time because of behavior like this.

Hiram was top notch! He helped me through a tuff situation with professionalism and skill. I would recommend him and Rightway for any plumbing job. Update - had a need to replace some very old copper pipe at my ‘new’ house and didn’t hesitate to call Rightway and Hiram to come take care of it for me. As always, very impressed with the professionalism, workmanship, and customer care I was given.

Worst service I've ever experience from a company. They fixed a problem with a bad smell underneath our house caused by a leaking pipe. Only to leave and within hours having my laundry room flood. When we called back, the owner continuously argued with us, very rudely, stating that we didn't know how plumbing work and it would be an additional charge to come out and fix the issue that caused the flood. He (the owner) agreed to a discounted price, but then to only overcharge me $80 for a 10 minute job to caulk the bathtub. Also, they charge a diagnostic fee to come out and review the issue, but will refund it if you get the work done that day. We were ready to do the work that day, but the technician said he wasn't able to. When we asked about the refund they said no b/c we didn't do the work that day, even though it wasn't our choice - it was the tech that made that decision! The professionalism from the owner was down right non-existent and after going around and around, and getting no where - he asked me to never call him again. Don't worry - we won't be calling you again and will make sure that everyone we know that needs a plumber, not to call you as well!

We are sorry you are displeased with the service you received, the flooding was an unrelated issue to the problem in which we resolved so, unfortunately, it was not covered by the repair work we had made. Also, we completed the drain cleaning at a discounted rate because of the concern with the diagnostic fee. No work was able to be completed that same day because of the standing sewage water in the crawlspace that first needed to be pumped out by a restoration company. After multiple threats of slandering the company on social media, we did ask that you please no longer use us for service because of the disagreement on company policy. Once again, thank you for the feedback and sorry you are displeased!
