    We had to use this company as part of our home warranty. The replacement of the water heater went smoothly. They had installed a mixer valve which I understand. The temp of the water has never been hot enough. When I called them directly within 60 days I was told that I needed to call the home warranty place and spend another $100 on something that should have been taken care of as a courtesy. I tried to adjust the temp myself and was unsuccessful. I don’t feel that my dishes are being cleaned properly I will not use this company again.

    This company name should be WrongWay. They came to my house to replace the hot water heater 3 yrs ago, through my homeowner warranty company. the heater is a name I've never heard of & they added charges for an expansion tank they said in now required (usually that sort of thing is grandfathered) and I said OK, then they added a fee for an inspection that never happened. I let that go too. Plus they didn't even hook the overflow pipe to the drain only 10" away. Now after only 3 yrs, I'm having an issue with the tank over flowing badly. I called about what to do. They said they don't warranty after a year, that if it's the tank, I have to call the manufacturer. But he'd be happy to charge me $70 to look at it. Yeah right! I'm going to pay you to fix what you did wrong in the 1st place. No wonder they do business with homeowners warranty. They can't get any business through satisfied customers. Update: I called the manufacturer, which was courteous and helpful. Suggested that the water temp was too high (which indeed it was) and gave me instruction on how to adjust that. Or my water pressure. Apparently, the issue was a combination of these. After this post, the Rightway called me back and said they had verified that they indeed did not have the inspection done. Offered a refund or the inspection. The owner accompanied the inspector. The inspection was brief and said it looked correct. After some prodding, they determined that my problem was the pressure reduction valve coming into my house. I had a different company replace that. They were prompt, courteous, and explained everything. They will get my future business.

    Two experiences, overall very positive. First time, Darryl was expected to arrive between 12 and 4, he arrived at 11:55. Fixed the leaky pipe no problem, no attempts to upsell. Second experience, Norm was supposed to arrive between 8 and 9, didn't arrive until 9:35 (only negative). Norm took the time to teach us how to access the built in hair catcher for our shower drain and how to clean it. Didn't charge is a thing, no attempts to sell us something when nothing was broken. Always a positive in my book!
