  Honestly I really liked how friendly and courteous they were. How upfront the costs of an evaluation of my furnace was, $79. Then I got the quote for a new furnace and a heat pump. It seemed very high. These things were said that i needed right now. 🤔 I got a second opinion and found out that my furnace is fine and a heat pump would not work out for me here in my area. So if you like friendly service and high prices check them out.

  Today is February 15th. My mother had a new heating/ac unit installed on January 26th. The day of the installation they told us they would be back in two days to fix the drywall around the furnace. They showed up without any supplies the first time and then never came came back after running into town to get the supplies and didn’t call. Rescheduled the second time. Rescheduled again due to Valentine’s Day and today showed up without any supplies again. It’s been such a hassle to get things done by these guys. The initial installation was pretty quick and went well. They cleaned out the vents and ducts but didn’t do a great job doing so. Only went about 3-5 feet into the vents and called it good. Some of the vents don’t blow air as well as they did before. The overall price was $13,000. Which seemed a little pricey to me… but now that we aren’t giving them anymore money we don’t seem to be a priority anymore. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else! **UPDATE** Same day, gentlemen showed up around 9 to measure the drywall, didn’t have supplies so he went into town to get them, came back about 1.5 hours later WITHOUT SUPPLIES AGAIN!!!!! worst customer service ever!!! How does this happen??

  Jackson was prompt and very competent. He serviced our appliances, he was also very knowledgeable and effectively answered our questions. We would want him back if we ever had a problem with any appliances. Very good young man!
