I called on a Monday morning, sent a tech by 4:00pm, had a quote for a new system by 6:30pm. Installed a new system and was up and running by the next Monday. Keith, Crystal and their crew were very professional. Would definitely use them again.

They flooded my ductwork. Had the A/C unit turned up too high. Water blew past the "A" coils causing black mold to grow in the ductwork due to neglect to remediate. Had to leave my home due to pleurisy three times. They denied accountability for the problem they caused. I am now homeless thanks to this company. Had to hire a lawyer and need to call channel 8 problem solvers. Can't go in my home of 23 years ( never had a problem until this unit went in) now without a respirator.

When we were notified that there was a problem we had a water/mold company to come and give us an idea of what it was caused by. That company installed dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the home. We installed an ionizer and whole house dehumidifier in the crawlspace. We had the representative for the manufacturer look at it. And we turned it into our insurance. The insurance company had an independent engineer to look at the problem. The consensus on all of these specialist is that the system is installed "correctly" and the humidity issues are caused by high humidity in the crawlspace.

Great business, reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Owner is always willing to explain everything in detail and allows you to make the final decision. I would highly recommend the company!!!

We called Right-A-Way on a Thursday evening and it was only 45 minutes before Keith was at our door. He diagnosed the problem ( which unfortunately was a bad compressor in A/C unit ) we discussed options to replace full HVAC system. Keith gave me an estimate of replacement, fair price and we agreed. He placed the order on Friday and called me and told me it couldn’t be delivered till Monday. Keith, Tony, & Freddie showed up  Monday morning at 8:00 very professional, replaced whole HVAC system and we could not be more pleased that we chose Right-A-Way and would recommend anyone to use them for all their heating and cooling needs. Thank You Keith for your professionalism and caring for our well being.

WOW! To find someone this reliable, honest and actually resolved the problem the same day.  In this day and age that is amazing. My dad is an old Vietnam Vet and Retired welder and refuses to get help from anyone but he is getting older and finally caved in.
Called due to a problem with his AC. They came out a few hours later. Talked us through all the problems and solutions thoroughly, and had the fix that day. Plus gave us a break on the service charge. He was SOO impressed. We will be using them for all future services.

Keith walked me through the best options to replace the whole house ductwork, ac and furnace.  We gained room in the house, reduced noise and improved energy efficiency with his redesign of our HVAC system. Quote was fairly priced and work began promptly the following week. His team was on time and professional.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish. This is my go to HVAC company!

I had a very unique situation that required a professional to finish a install which involved brazing the copper lines to a new evaporator coil run from a existing ac condenser and a system vaccum with a complete recharge. After being seting appointments with Simpson heating and cooling, serenity hvac, Tim Looper they were all no call no show the setting a new appointment with all of them I was blown off again! SUMMERS HEATING AND COOLING QUOTED ME $1400. I also called 5 other HVAC places and never heard anything back!Finally I found Rite A Way. Called on Monday came out on Tuesday to evaluate job came back same day and completed it. They are awesome it was during beginning of busy season to. They have my business for life. THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND TOP SHELF SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN
