  Won’t return multiple calls or emails - left job unfinished. May be the worst customer experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I see I am not the only one based on multiple comments - avoid this business at all costs. Expensive and horrible service is no way to treat your customers.

  First time customer. Had a leaky pipe and Ridgefield Plumbing and Heating went out of their way to fit me into their full load of service calls! Gave me a nice tight service call window and they were there 5 minutes into the window! Unheard of! Very reasonable price for work done.If I have anymore work, they will be my first call!

  I call and they deliver service. RP is a very responsive plumbing service who clearly puts customer service above all else. I have needed timely plumbing on a number of occasions and RP rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. Do not hesitate as they will meet your plumbing needs!
