  We have used Ridge for about three years now on our rental cabins. We have been very pleased with the responsiveness, trustworthiness, even after hours and the day before a holiday. Today's service was no different. Brian, our technician, phoned to let us know he was on his way, he was professional, respectful, pleasant, and very neat. He picked up after himself and did not leave a trace that he had been here. He had to go to the supply house to pick up materials for additional work we requested during our scheduled replacement of three toilets and was very accommodating to our requests.

  The service crew changed out my filters on my well pump and helped with figuring out that I had a well issue so that I could call the well company to fix. Caleb and Brandon were the best. Very helpful and educating me on any of my plumbing issues. Ridge plumbing is on my speed dial.

  Called Ridge Plumbing and they sent Caleb out. He called and was able to come out way earlier than expected and we were very happy. Caleb went over the issues we were having and guided us on what we needed to do in the future. He installed washer hose for our cold water. We will be calling for Caleb to help us in the future. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend this company everytime. Thank you, Ridge Plumbing, for making a stressful situation, no situation at all.
