  Called this company on 10/5/2021 at 8:30 am Ricky stated that yes they could come fix our garbage disposal/ dishwasher clog on 10/6 or 10/7. Called him at 10 am today he stated he had other work that were emergencies a plugged toilet somewhere and something else, he said he could possibly come late today by 6 or tomorrow being we had already waited 2 days I asked if he could assure that and give me a better estimation of today or tomorrow, I explained that I understood his emergencies but that my clogged kitchen sink homeschooling 3 kids and working remotely was an emergency to me, he told be rudely to call somewhere else and hung up on me, my husband called back and he was rude and said I said blah blah blah and hung up on him. We called roto rooter which came and fixed the problem within 15 minutes and was a lot cheaper than this company. If this gentleman tells you he will come fix a plumbing issue at your home do not trust that it will actually happen.
