  Impressed from introduction of Tech to completion of job. Chris was very knowledgeable & professional. . Didn't take him long to find the problem. Really like the fact a picture plus bio of Tech was sent prior to his arrival. Makes you feel comfortable letting a stranger into your home. First time using Ricky Heath Plumbing but if need arise will use again.

  Excellent customer service! We will continue to use Ricky Heath plumbing as needed. Chad and Caleb are professional, honest and worked quickly to diagnose and solve the issue with our hot water heater. We truly appreciate the honesty and the different suggestions given.   Chris and his assistant Jake were very professional and did a great job removing and installing my gas hot water tank. I'll definitely recommend Ricky Heath Plumbing to anyone and I'll call them for any future plumbing needs. And the ladies (Amber and Amanda) who work in the office were super nice too. Great job!
