  We used their services for septic systems for 7 years with mediocre results. They inspected the service and filed with Kaufman county as required. They were only late filing once and they handled it after two phone calls. I decided to review when we moved and I asked for a partial refund. We paid for service 1 year at a time. After only 2 months, I decided to move so I called and asked for a pro-rated refund. They told me refunds were pro-rated by the quarter so I could only get 9 months back. I accepted that as fair but unfortunately haven't gotten my money back from them. I have called on no less than 6 times in 3 months and gotten at least 3 promises 'We are mailing the check.' The US Postal system isn't *THAT* slow. I'm beginning to think they are just going to keep my money for 9 months service and never refund it.

  These guys refuse to answer the phone or call u back. There only interested in new installs. As for a service company, the worst. Do not use this company. Once you've paid them a service contract that's it, the end. They may call u back in a week or two
