They missed my appointment twice. I asked them to call before coming. After the first time they missed the appointment I verified my phone number but they had it wrong I gave them the new number and two more phone calls later they still had it wrong.

They eventually showed up but I won't use them after the hvac evaluation. This shouldn't be this hard.

Rick Leonard Heating & Air Conditioning truly exhibited the golden rule and went above and beyond to serve their customer from those in the office to those who did the installation.  They were professional, personable and answered all questions that we had concerning the new furnace/ac installation.  They were true to their word, if we were told that they would be at the house at a certain time, they were  there at that time.  Phone calls were returned promptly.  They truly made us feel as if we were important and not just another number (job).  It was truly a pleasure to do business with them.

Good on response time,friendly and professional group of guys. Will be using them again.

Called after hours during a heat wave with broken down  air-conditioning. Got a REAL person! They were very busy but found time the next morning to get repair folks to my home. AC was repaired quickly with knowledgeable, professional repair tech. He must have been Santa because it felt like Christmas when the air-conditioning came on! These are awesome folks who really understand customer service!

Called on a weekend Saturday,  said had 24 emergency Service...yeah what a joke. Tech called back and said it be Thursday and 500 dollars... oh well, got it fixed later that day for 150.00! Beware of 24 hr on call Service!!!

Jim, I am so sorry you have had an issue on  a Saturday.  I am not sure why you were told it would be a Thursday before someone could come out and the $500 puzzles me as we do not have set pricing for anything that is $500.  I do not know how the tech that answers the phone would know an amount to tell you before he worked on whatever you had.  Please give me a call, Darlene at 573-471-2800.  You have not stated whether this was for HVAC or Plumbing,  nor what the emergency was.  I would like this information so I can make corrections on our end so this does not happen to another customer.

Besides heating/cooling, they do excellent work in straight up carpentry, plumbing, and electricity. They have enough staff that if a job looks like it might take awhile, they can bring in reinforcements to get you back on line.
