  I calling them all weak no body responds nobody calling back we have water heater from this guys and it's have warranty from this guys but they not picking up phones

  Too bad they won't call us back.....my mom has used them before with no problems....she called Loris cell # a couple months ago about some needed work, no call back...few days ago she called the office and Loris phone, left voice mails, still no call backs. Thanks, you've just lost a loyal customer, we now have a new plumber. Will never use them again.

  Claimed was going to warranty a defective water heater he installed for us four years ago. Took our receipt for this and we never heard any more. We called three times and he never returned the call. Called him from a different number and surprise he answered and claimed he was busy. .....for three weeks??? Hung up on my husband when he was confronted. A complaint has been filed with BBB. Had another company come out and replace the unit and they indicated the pipes Rick used were not correct.
