  I called Mr. Rick Adams first thing in the morning to come check and see why my portable dishwasher that had been converted into a permanent dishwasher was leaking water and him being the professional he is was able to find and fix the problem within 5 minutes! When asked what I owed him I was shocked when he said nothing! Mr. Adams will now be my go to plumber for any and all plumbing problems. Very professional, very prompt and fair! Best phone call I have ever made! Ila Wilson Brooks

  They were prompt and on time, which was great, and the guys were very friendly. However, it cost us $500 for a clogged drain that was never unclogged! They left and the drain was still clogged - we had to call them to come back to correct the problem. Then we discovered when they left again that they didn't bolt our sink back down and the drain was still clogged. So while they seem to be nice people, the quality of work leaves a lot to be desired. Reply to Owner's Response: The work was not done under my name, it was in my husband's.

  Rick Adams Plumbing was sun contracted to do plumbing work in my shop. One of the original fittings that was used in the public restroom was reused rather than replaced. I was out of town on business when one of my customers called me and informed me that there was water running out the front of my store. I called Rick Adams, spoke to his secretary. He was prompt in calling me back, but immediately without even seeing it that he was not to blame. He then visited my shop to do an inspection. The floor in my building is real wood hand scraped hard wood and had buckled from my entrance way to mid-way through the building. Rick insisted he was not to blame, yet he did the plumbing work and no one else touched it just two days prior. Once pressured to find his integrity he agreed to purchase the replacement flooring for the portion of the building that was damaged and have it installed. Rick did in fact purchase the flooring, I drove two hours away to pick it up. His contractor never showed upon multiple attempts to have the floor fixed. It was a liability to me and distasteful to my customers. Rick Adams did not do the right thing here. I would not recommend him to anyone for the simple reason of his lack of quality workmanship, and poor integrity.
