Josh and one of his tech's responded quickly and repaired our toilet in our store.  They were fast, clean and professional.  I recommend Richard Fox Plumbing to all my clients and friends and they are always happy with their service and prices.

These guys are the best!  Extremely courteous and professional….and not out to nickel and dime you.  They helped us through a bathroom remodel….worked around our schedule….came out to advise us on things, at no charge!  We won’t use anyone else!!!

I only gave one star cause they don't give you the option for a 0. I do not recommend this company for anyone 😕 plumbing services because they do not take accountability for their mistakes I call for a shower cartilage replacement and in the mist of them replacing it they damaged my valve and left me with a leaking Foust and told me that it's not their problem to fix it because it's my house and my valve. I do not believe that was right because I didn't have any type of leaks when I trusted them with the job and left me with a $700.00 bill that wasn't my fault. So please beware if you don't want to pay more coming out than going in you have been warned.

Hi Andrea - your valve and cartridge were damaged prior to our arrival from you trying to make the repairs yourself. We discussed this over the phone with you after reviewing photos and prior to coming out. We offered you options to avoid paying after hours emergency rates and provided recommendations for other plumbers. The valve was beyond repair and needed to be replaced as well. You never received a $700 bill from us and the $150 bill you did receive for replacing the cartridge was refunded in full.

Couldn’t be happier with Fox Plumbing. They are quick and responsive, were upfront with me about pricing and options, and were able to get the project done immediately. The pricing was also very reasonable.

We needed a broken PVC pipe under our kitchen sink repaired, which required crawling under our house. Mike was very professional, polite, clean, efficient, and successful.

I've been a Fox Plumbing customer for years. They have done jobs as small as fixing a leaking faucet to as large as handling all the plumbing in three bathroom renovation projects in our homes. The employees are personable, professional, punctual and they do an excellent job every time.

Very timely excellent customer service would highly recommend them to anybody needing plumbing services very knowledgeable of what they were doing the price was very competitive and was willing to come out on a moments notice Saturday night after hours

Another time I had a bathroom remodel recently and a very tight schedule, they were able to accommodate me flawlessly.  Josh and Shane were very communicative, which I genuinely appreciate.  If your looking for quality work, look no further!!

I paid the weekend rate for stopped up toilet. Very expensive. Tech took about 3 minutes with plunger to unstop it. It lasted 4 days, then stopped up again. They wanted to charge me again!

Wish they had just stopped by, used the plunger again with no charge. That would have been good customer service. The man on the phone did say, "Well, it lasted a few days." as if that was good enough.

They came back and took care of it for no charge.

Needed our external LP instant hot water heater replaced after the 16yr old original unit started having issues again. Josh had previously repaired the unit with a new motherboard which was great and didnt cost too much. It lasted for almost 2 years which was fantastic. But the unit started acting up again and it was time to replace it. Called Fox, Josh called back, and suggested, for us to save a few hundred dollars,  to go and purchase a new unit on my own and he will install it. He told me exactly what i needed to look for, make, etc.  After researching make and models, i picked a top 9.4gpm model. Sent Josh the info, he said it was a good pick... and to call him when the unit arrived and we'd set an install date/time. Unit came, called Josh, and today it was installed quickly and at a fair cost.  My getting the unit instead of the plumbing company getting it saved us roughly 300plus! Always great professional work by the Fox plumbing people... always our company of choice! Thank you Josh & Tom!

After SEARCHING, yes, i search this stuff to DEATH, until i find the right contractor, with the right combination of price, professionalism, honesty and integrity as well as taking pride in their work.... DONT call Tru-whatever, DONT cal Benjamin-whatever...first off, they want YOU, the customer to PAY for them to give you an ESTIMATE of anywhere between 29.95 and 55.00!! With the caveat that if you use them, they deduct the fee....so, if they come and give you some outrageous price as one of them did, and you of course tell them 'NO', you owe them for the estimate!  NOT ME!!! I will NOT pay for any estimate unless i've called someone from 2hrs away!

Richard Fox, in ONE quick call, gave me the estimate BASED ON what I wanted them to do, right over the phone; nice, quick and easy.  And when the work was done, the bill was even less!

Dont call anyone else; better yet, go for it if you think I'm kidding, research contractors to death like I did; even use HomeAdvisor which I do too, but I would strongly advise you to call Mr Fox somewhere in the mix. I mean this sincerely, for ANY and ALL your plumbing needs,  and all our plumbing needs, its Richard C Fox Plumbing in Lakeland fl.  Its a wonderful multi generational, family owned and operated business of the highest caliber.  Over my forty something years of working, I had worked in this field for a spell, as well as other trades, I know if I or we, are getting screwed...lol.   But instead of doing this work on my own, we can now afford to let others do the hard work leaving me to do what I want to do better.

The job they did for us was to remove the 2 existing toilets, both in a one level home, both sitting on pre-tiled floors, and then install 2 new toilets the new ones that I purchased.  They put them in at an awesomely fair, and they did NOT damage any of the existing floor tile.  The men were neat as a pin, cleaned everything up, done in a jiffy!

THAT is the way to do it!
