  They installed an a/c unit which seemed to go well. Unfortunately the heat will not work. They plugged into the same box that is attached to the furnace and left it hanging and now it keeps shorting out. Now afraid my pipes may freeze and cannot get house on the market. They acted like they were going to do well on this but now it is obvious they will not make good.
