  I have reviewed Rice Plumbing before, but I wanted to share my experience with my latest call to this awesome company. I was having problems with my water heater and the owner James Rice personally came to my house to diagnose my situation He could have easily told me that I needed a new water heater, but instead he talked to me about all the different options I had and the pros and cons of each choice Every experience that I have ever had with Rice Plumbing has been nothing but professional and honest Mr. Rice who is a Master Plumber could have easily sent one of his other plumbers but because I have used this company throughout the years he came personally to make sure that all my problems were diagnosed properly I wish every company was like this and Thank you Mr. Rice for taking the time to stop by. Rice Plumbing is the only plumber that I will use in Athens.

  Always great service. We had a problem that was not completely solved with the first trip. They made it right even though I told them it wasn't necessary. They never suggest unnecessary repairs. This is very much a customer first company!
