  O...M...G...!!! My sister in RI had a severe flooding of her basement when the city water pipe on their private property cracked. Someone at her husband’s job recommended this company. What an amazing job they did. They dug up so much and they found a replaced the pipe and they put everything together so well that the insurance guy who came over to check things right after did not even believe any work was done!!!! The insurance guy said it was the best job he has ever seen! See photos of before and after. The whole was huge and it was done using a large backhoe. They also did the same amazing job in the basement. The cement was a bit wet when my sister took a photo. I could not be there to help my sister as I am in Massachusetts and there are COVID restrictions but I am very grateful to this company and the hardworking employees who did such an amazing job for them. Thank you!

  After receiving the results of Providence Water's free lead test, I decided to replace my private water service line. Ricci was one of two service providers that contacted me and I ended up selecting them to do the job. I was very impressed with their quality of work and professionalism-from every individual, at every point in the process. After the site visit, I had received quotes from Ricci and a competitor with do-not-exceed figures. While Ricci had a higher figure, that was based on their actually having visited my residence and identifying possible obstacles (the competitor did not visit). The actual cost came in below the do-not-exceed and was cheaper job-for-job than the competitor. Thanks to Providence Water, I am paying over 3 years with a 0% interest loan. I highly recommend Ricci!

  My husband and I bought our first house shortly after the birth of our son, we are 25 years old, and 5 days in, our entire finished basement flooded and was destroyed. We were absolutely terrified and extremely anxious about the replacement process and cost because we have NEVER expected anything like this to arise so soon. We were put in contact with Armando Ricci and his company and let me tell you they are the most professional and hardworking team I’ve seen! Armando explained everything to me in full detail so I would be less overwhelmed and more educated on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Our cast iron main waste pipe was rotted thru and roots were breaking thru the pipes from our house to the street. It all needed to be replaced. Total nightmare. Once his team came out to the property they worked so amazingly together and were here from sun up to sun down, no complaints, nothing but smiles and hard work. They were explaining to me what exactly each moving piece was for and what purpose it served. They even let my son take a picture with the digger which he was OBSESSED with. If you need piping/drain work Ricci is 100% the way to go! From a personal and professional level, they took care of my home and family and I am very grateful for their hard work. 10/10 amazing job. Thank you guys so much❤️
