  Bill and his son just left our house after fixing our air conditioning unit. They diagnosed the problem instantly replaced the capacitor and were very professional, prompt, polite and friendly. It is a near 100 degree day and they came to the rescue of an elderly couple! We would recommend them very highly. Nice to work with HONEST people!!

  Bill and Kyle are a tremendous father and son team that are professional, ethical, timely and trustworthy. I can't say thank you to Kyle enough times for how he diagnosed my boiler issues and saved me extra out-of-pocket costs. He fixed what was wrong and didn't attempt to fool me, even though he could have and I wouldn't have known any different. Kyle explained the workings of my boiler, what was wasn't working, and gave me a realistic expectation of the cost and the time to complete the job. Well done Sir. I highly recommend this plumbing and heating company. Praying that your business expands to new heights. Delaware County needs more professional tradesmen like the Rose men! Elder Rich Simpson
