  Not good plumbers. Did a bad job and said it would cost us additional 500. to correct. I was asked why didn't i tell them what to do. That's weird 😕 why would I need to explain to licensed plumber how to do the job correctly?

  Janice. I’m sorry you are not satisfied with our work. Our technician was dispatched to your home to install a Customer Provided faucet. This particular tech has over 22yrs of experience and has been with us for 18yrs!After removing the old faucet the tech realized that the new faucet was not the correct fitment(your old faucet was an 8” spread the new one was not). The technician offered to wait at your home while you ran back to your supplier to procure the correct faucet.You declined this offer and asked the technician to just re-install the old faucet, which he did. You also asked the tech to install an instant hot water maker under the kitchen sink which he did. Both techs were very appreciative of the generous tip you gave them. A day or so after this job we found you put a stop payment order on your check. Your husband came to our office and paid us in full after we called to question your actions.

  I’m in Property Operations and have been for a long time. I’ve used MANY plumbers. But Reynolds is by far the best plumbing vendor by far. They have complete respect for your home or office and treat it as it’s their own. We have emergencies often and each time I call Reynolds, they do what it takes to re-arrange their schedule so they can respond promptly. They take pride in their work. I’ve never had to call Reynolds back to repair something they previously did. They always have competitive pricing, yet the lowest each time and their work is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend Reynolds and promise you will be taken care of both financially and a repair that is guaranteed.

  I was looking to support a smaller business so I called these guys up to look at an issue with my water heater. I was told the issue could not be fixed and the water heater needed to be replaced which is fairly new. Well lucky I did my research before they arrived and knew it could be fixed. Called in another company for a second opinion and the issue was fixed in 10 minutes. Lesson learned, do some research to know what can and cannot be done so you are not ripped off.
