We had an issue with our pressure tank and pressure switch and RPH were very responsive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They sent someone out within a couple of hours and the tech provided his cell phone and was willing to make time to get the issue resolved. RPH continue to be the most reliable and most responsive company that we have dealt with.

They installed a new ac unit for me and have been great to work with during and after the install. We have had a few issues and they are willing to come back and correct until it is working properly. I would recommend these guys

DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND BLAMED ME FOR IT! Rexburg Plumbing and Heating was doing some work for my next door neighbor. Their technician was using the gate on my neighbor’s property to enter and exit their house which wasn’t a problem... That is, until they swung it over onto my vehicle (it was parked in my driveway). It was quite a disappointment when I discovered the massive scratch on the side of my car left by the metal handle on the gate. I spoke to them several times firstly through email. Naturally they took their sweet time getting back to me. I later called them to try to get the issue resolved but they ended up blaming me for parking my car on my property and in the way of their work they were doing. Also, they accused me of being and extortionist and trying to make them pay for something they didn’t do or couldn’t have prevented. I really can’t say anything about the quality of product/services they provide, but i can attest to the absolute lack of respect towards my property and myself. Just in my interactions over the phone and through email, I would not recommend having any sort of interaction or business with them. Find someone else who will respect you and value/protect your property like you do.
