  I've been a homeowner in the Mountain Area for almost 25 years. Nickels Plumbing is the only plumbing service I have used and have been very satisfied with the prompt attention and quality of service.   Can't even give a half of a star...called and the business answered with a hello..had to ask if they were in fact Nickels Plumbing..we got a "yeah"..explained easy sink/faucet installation job to do...silence, just silence on the other end...we had to ask if the job sounded like something that they were interested in and was told, "No, I don't think so"...HUH?? Just hung up...completely acted put out, unprofessional and must not need to make any more money, go figure??

  Called Randy about a toilet not flushing and draining properly. Randy was on another call and wouldn't be able to get to me until after a couple of calls and living in the foothills; that can be a day or two with no fault to Randy. He gave me advice over the phone, tried it, and it worked!! Thanks Randy.
