  I called Restore on a Monday and they were able to schedule us for Tuesday. After Luis explained why our sump pump failed, he provided us with options in the estimate that would work best for us. After a discussion, we decided to go ahead and replace the pump. I called Erica and she was able to get us on Luis' schedule the same day. After replacing the pump, he showed us the new alarm switch and ran the pump so we could hear it. He was so professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. And he answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. I would highly recommend Restore for any plumbing needs.

  We chose this company because they had phenomenal reviews... We couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They were prompt, courteous, fair and didn't try to sell us on additional services. In fact, when my husband asked about using an additional service (about $140), Dan told him it wasn't necessary. Thank you so much. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. Doesn't get any better.

  Dan R. was amazing!! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was going to do. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease. He was very polite and professional. I would not hesitate to use or refer Restore Plumbing and Drain!!!
