  Lonnie and his team took on a restoration project at my shop after I backed into the building at my warehouse. Did a good job getting me put back together and provided ongoing support even after the job was finished.

  I was introduced to Lonnie last year when my basement flooded. I called him not knowing what to do. Lonnie showed up without question, went above and beyond to get the water issue fixed. This man is very amazing at what he does and has all the proper tools to do it. If your looking for great work, and just all around amazing guy, Lonnie with restore it restoration is your man. HE WILL NOT DO YOU WRONG.........I have used him twice now. I will use him again if I ever need it.

  ****SENIORS AVOID THIS COMPANY**** Loonie with "Restore it" is not trustworthy. He fleeced my neighbors (75+ years old) of their savings by promising them the moon & being untruthful while working for Mold Removal. He took money from their insurance company and didn't finish the job he started [Their basement is a mess with walls torn apart by him]. Avoid this company & the owner at all the cost especially Seniors, as he takes benefit of their advance age & inability to argue with him and ultimately takes off with their years of savings! My neighbors are trying to get their hard earned money back through their Insurance company but anybody can guess whether they will get their money back or not. He's a liar and lies through his teeth about project completion deadlines. Don't trust him.

  Hello Rohit, I appreciate both customers, and their neighbors, reaching out to Restore It Restoration. We go out out of our way to introduce ourselves to neighbors, if our projects take longer then 1 day. I, the owner Lonnie, has spent the last 3.5 hours speaking with all current, and past customers, since July 2020 in Holts Summit, and nobody recognizes your name Restore It Restoration, me Lonnie Beauchamp, welcomes you or your neighbor to call me at 573-632-9283, I’d love nothing more then to discuss how we can improve our services to our customers; after all, we’re both local and friends. Response #2 Rohit, I’m leaving my first response up for all to see. After I replied about the information you’ve since edited out, my response about Holts Summit doesn’t make sense. Restore It Restoration is a mitigation company, not a construction company; with that being said, our company doesn’t do the repairs generally. If the customers doesn’t know of a company to make their repairs, we will then refer them to reputable companies we’ve worked with for 15+ years. As a local company, we strive to please all our customers, and I welcome you or your customer to call us; we’ve always owned any mistakes we’ve made, and fixed them. As I’ve stated before, and based on the initial information you provided, I’ve spoken with all the Holts Summit customers and they don’t know who you are.
