We’ve used Restoration One twice now in 2 different areas of our house. Jonathan came out both times and was extremely professional, knowledge and honest. The work from beginning to end has always been outstanding. We’ve recommended them to many friends. Thanks for all you do Jonathan!

Restoration 1 of East Baton Rouge did a phenomenal job on the mold removal and remediation at my home. From the initial start of the project, Jonathan(Estimator) gave a thorough explanation of the process and what to expect. The crew (Lacey, Antjuan, Mark, Terrance, Kareem, and Tim) were very friendly, professional, punctual, and perfectionists on the job site. They were very attentive, knowledgeable, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Mike(General Manager) and Jonathan came on the job site one day to help the crew and were not scared to get their hands dirty. On the last day of completion, they made sure everything was cleaned and all trash was picked up out of my home. I highly recommend Restoration 1 of EBR. They are the best! Thank you to everyone!

When we found that sheetrock had a problem under a window with a seal that allowed water entry a friend recommended we reach out to Restoration 1. They got back in touch with us quickly, scheduled the appointment, provided the quote, and got started. The process was very efficient, which I appreciated since it was the week of Christmas and we had family in town. Within a day they had everything removed, dried, and ready to be reassembled. Antjuan, Terrance, and Tre were a pleasure to work with.
