  Wow. Came here to leave a review because sometimes businesses get bad reviews for no good reason. I see that that's not necessary for Ressler and Mateer! Let me add to the chorus. These people are outstanding. We had a complete heating (gas) and A/C system replaced. We were switching from oil. They did a great job getting rid of all the old equipment and oil tank with zero damage to the house. The new equipment was installed very neatly. No "shortcuts". Looks and works great. The whole interaction with them, from the initial sales call right on through to the installation was perfect. We also had some additional work done after installation, and a manufacturer problem that showed up a year later was corrected flawlessly. The price was reasonable for everything. Highly recommended. We would definitely use them again.

  It's employees like Steve who keep me using R & M for all my plumbing, heating & air conditioner needs. He was efficient, friendly, professional and informative. I especially liked his use of (I think they were New Balance brand) slipper/clogs instead of those disposable blue booties. The company should buy those for all employees who go inside. I'll stick with Ressler & Mateer.

  Dave arrived on time. He wore booties on his shoes, plus put down tarps on our carpet. I feel that he did a very thorough inspection. He found one bad part and replaced it immediately. I like that he is proactive in keeping our heat pump working properly. I have been using Ressler & Mateer to service my HVAC equipment at my home and business for over 20 years!
