I had a wonderful experience with Rescue Rooter today. I called them because the last time they helped me in 2019, they unclogged a drain that had been attempted by three other plumbers. I knew they could be trusted to do a great job. That's what happened. I had prompt service, great communication and my drain was cleared quickly. My technician, Mitchell, was courteous and personable and we enjoyed good conversation about fishing. The price was very affordable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again Rescue Rooter! Larisa Benner

This business was great. I had to wait but nothing more unusual than others. Brenda, the office manager, was terrific. She was pleasant and kept me well informed. Steve, the plumber, was incredible on a very complicated job. He spent the time to do it right and explained everything to me in detail. A lifesaver on a Sunday. I would highly recommend them.

Tyson came out to our house the next day after the initial call and was knowledgeable and quick to determine the issues in a messy situation where previous repairs had left our plumbing in bad shape. He went over a couple of options but made a good case for replacing all our 100yo drains so we went with that. He was back the next day and completed the work in half the time that was expected. He was made aware of future remodeling we wanted done and was attentive enough that he left things in place to facilitate it in the future The work was clean and functional and will definitely hire him again.
