  I call them to fix a problem on my shower faucet, the water valve was not closing enough to shutdown the water. Removing the cartridge for the replacement, they not only damaged the port valve / stop tube but also moved the complete pipe forward and installed the cartridge backwards, for this service they charge me $580. Then after another visit to fix the problem they caused, we needed to replace the complete Port Valve also accommodate the pipe was displaced from the back wall and want to charge me $900 more only for the labor. I will never use and recommend this company in Bakersfield to anyone, very poor customer service and professionalism.

  We had a pipe blow under the house on CHRISTMAS and the guy that came out couldn't have been nicer. He was there in about 10 minutes and was charming, knowledgeable, kind and QUICK. Who wants to go under a house in the mud on Christmas to fix a pipe? A+ job. I will recommend to everyone.

  Almost got hit by one of their drivers. So clearly somebody needs to hire better, there was a child in the car and he kept coming refusing to stop when we had the right away then proceeded to speed by and flip us off like we were in the wrong. Most unprofessional thing to do especially in company vehicle.
