Chad was awesome to work with! Great customer service and got the job done same day so we could have hot water again. Called me back within an hour of receiving my message and got us all fixed up. Reasonable price too for quality work. Highly recommend and will be using again for any plumbing needs.

Thanks to Rescue 1 Plumbing, I now have a new main water line going to my house in Grand Junction. Chad and his team, did a great job at a really fair price. And with excellent customer service,  thru the entire process they were able to get the job done even without me being home.   Even the after hours dispatch person followed up within minutes of my call,  to make sure my initial leak was not an emergency.  And with in a couple days of me calling,  they  were able to start and finish the job.... two thumbs up.

Yesterday began with my hot water tank going down, on  a Friday!. It ended with a new hot water heater installed by Chad from Rescue 1 Plumbing. He was so very helpful from initial telephone contact all the way through. 5 stars for such craftsmanship and service and explaining any question I had in such a clear way. I  will call these guys again without hesitation. You should call them too!

I had my water heater go out this weekend and decided to try Rescue 1 Plumbing after a  friend suggested I call them. I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and know how of the plumber who came out! He answered all of my questions and helped me understand what exactly was going wrong and why. He was able to get my water heater up and running that same day and left the area so clean you couldn't tell there had been work done. I will use Rescue 1 Plumbing again and definitely recommend them!!!

Amazing! Great experience overall. I have never had to call a plumber so I read the reviews and decided on Rescue 1 Plumbing. From the quick response same day service to the honesty and professionalism of the repairman and price being $100 less than previous estimates from other plumbers I can not say enough good things.

We have been using Rescue 1 plumbing since moving to the western slope. They are always professional, courteous and always on time. I have never felt like they were inflating prices or trying to up-sell me a more expensive item than i needed. Prime example is our new furnace which is being installed by lance while Tony is installing our new toilet. Such nice guys!

Had a serious plumbing issue. Called 25 plumbers in town. Rescue 1 was the only one who responded to messages left. Once they received the  message they were there and fixed the issue with some upgrades that were definitely needed. No pressure and the cost was very reasonable. Great customer service. Saved my duplex from more serious damage.
