  They came because my furnace wouldn't light. Gave me a quote and even though it took a lot longer than expected to diagnose, stuck to it. I would absolutely use them for any plumbing or furnace needs. Awesome service!

  This company left us hanging. Made an appt. 3 Weeks in advance. They called at 9:00 p.m. night before to reschedule. Then, waited all day..no phone call, no show. Left us hanging. We have no has in house and are freezing!!! Could have called another plummer 4 Weeks ago. Now we have to start all over again...another 6 Weeks, maybe, before we have heat. Winter is here. Thanks for nothing....

  Our first appointment was cancelled due to an emergency they were having to respond to and our rescheduled appointment was a no call no show. This caused my husband to miss a day of work and me to miss a half day. I called several times and have left several messages and have not received a call back. Disappointed and aggravated with how we have been treated. Unprofessional and poor customer service.
