  Jim is fantastic..I'm so grateful that I have a plumber I can call on that does great work and is also a decent, fair person. Has not always been the case when I've hired plumbers but Jim is awesome and he is my go-to from now on.

  I have no idea who this person is never did any work for him/her.I am Renz Plumbing from Bethel, Ct. There is another Renz in the Heating and air conditioning business maybe you are confused?
