  I hired Renovation X LLC a couple of times now and I have been very pleased with the entire experience. Having experienced hiring other contractors, Tim will be my go to guy. I appreciate his estimates, they are fair and reasonable and included in his estimate is a deadline with other contractors don’t offer. Working with Tim, I know when the project will be done and an accurate estimate. I appreciate this. He is also trust worthy and I don’t have any worry about him working in my home while I’m not there. He has even stayed with other contractors while they work and finished up electrical work. I cannot say enough good things about Tim and his work. The quality of his work is phenomenal. He sound proofed a couple of walls between apartments and he has reduced the noice drastically. He’s even been creative with framing around a wall AC unit and when he was done it looked like a custom show piece. My wife and I are very happy with this experience. Looking forward to many more projects down the road.
