Awful place to do business. You have to prepay for work and they are terrible at getting to the job. They do not answer phones not even the emergency number. Robin frequently has to "revise the invoice" or "clarify the invoice". They do not itemize on an invoice. Took over 1 year to do our job and we finally had to have someone else finish it up for us. And because we prepaid, we should have received a refund but not after they "revised the invoices" We had our attorney contact them and they did not work with him either. He asked for itemized invoices to see what we actually paid for and Robin said "I will get it to you by next week" that was 3 months ago. Stay away from this business. They don't deserve to be in business.

DON'T USE THIS PLACE! Hired to install heater and they didnt show. They never called. I left countless voicemails, emails, texts, and never once called back. When i did get a hold of someone they gave several different excuses. They have an "F" rating on the BBB, now i know why. Also says they dont have a competency license. WOW. Why bother to even spend the effort of saying that they are open for business when obviously they arent going to perform any work and just give made-up excuses? I stopped by at the place of business and it looks like it has been abandoned for years. Thank god i never gave them any money down for the job. We have been screwed by several local contractors that want money up front to do the job but then never show to do the work. Had to take one contractor to court and we easily won, but the time and expense to have done so is a serious pain in the ass. My suggestion for hiring people in the area to do work especially if it doesn't involve much material is to just pay them in full after the work has been done. If the contractor that you are dealing with doesn't want to do work under this agreement then I would find a different contractor . Many local contractors that are good contractors to hire will work under this agreement. Especially if you explain to them the reason why. Several contractors in the area have done work for us under this agreement and have gotten paid as soon as the work was done and completed correctly. It's very easy for a contractor to put a lien on your property if you don't pay them but believe me it's a nightmare if you have to take a contractor to court to get your money back or get the work completed. And really do you want to have a contractor that you just took to court to complete a project? It's a very common problem up in the northern part of the state to have people present themself as contractors and take money for projects but never do the work. They know most people won't go to the expense and hassle to take them to court. But sometimes a lesson just has to be taught. Even the Department of Labor and Industry says this is a common occurrence up here. The State has got to be more stringent on giving business licenses out. They admit they have a problem and that they are working on having tighter requirements but they have a long ways to go.
