  Remer Plumbing, Heating & AC Inc. was recommended to us when we started having problems with our boiler. They did not disappoint! Even though they said they were quite busy and it would be a few days before someone could come out...they came to help much sooner than expected. Our boiler needed to be replaced. Greg kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process and Doug did a fabulous job on the install, not to mention the great protection that was provided during the install to keep from getting anything dirty in our utility room. Great customer service and they were very tentative to our concerns and needs. We highly recommend them!

  The came out to unplug a tiolet that my kid had flushed some baby wipes down. The plumber spent 2 hours getting it cleared and told me not to let anyone flush wipes cost me $428.00. 15 days later the exact same problem came up and no one had flushed anything cause kids hadn't even been here when I called them to come back out they said it would cost me the the same service fee as they only guarantee their work for 72hrs. I OWN A SMALL BUSINESS AND ALWAYS GUARENTEE MY WORK WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

  Thank you for your review Jeff. To begin, you called for service for a “plugged toilet” on November 18th, 2021. Further, you advised the seat needed replacement. The plumber arrived utilizing an auger with the toilet in place and nothing was removed. He then pulled the toilet and located a significant amount of waste and baby wipes within the trap. Upon further inspection it was determined the closet flange was broken and in disrepair as were the toilet seat hinges. The existing flange was cut out and removed allowing for a new flange to be installed. The toilet was re-set and operating as designed. A new seat was then installed. Today (02/09/2022) you requested a service call for a plugged toilet. You were advised this service call would be billed at our hourly rate as any service call would be. Being that this call for service was 83 days later, not fifteen as you stated above, we cannot justify this issue as a callback. We are sorry to have lost your business.

  First used Remers to install new tub with jets. This past week they replaced a faulty thermostat. They were prompt as it was really getting cold in our home. The repair technician was knowledgeable, informative and efficient. We highly recommend this company.
