  Called this company 1-week ago i was told the owner would call me back soon. Well, I am still waiting on that phone call. NO CALL BACK, YET! My job was accomplished with the Prompt no waiting service with C&L septic. Good job guys.

  Called this company over a month ago to get service for my septic tank. I wasn't in a huge hurry, but I figured they would get to me within a week or so. Called them back 3 times to see why it was taking so long. Got a different excuse each time. They still haven't come out. Called another Septic Service yesterday and they came out the same day. I guess Reliable is too busy putting in new systems and they don't have the time to help a new customer with their existing system. I don't know how this company is in business because they don't seem to do any work!

  Reliable wastewater came out in a timely manner and fixed my system. I haven't had any trouble in years.
