  So happy with the service of this company! I was without water to my horse barns. They sent Scotty and Buddy out to my farm on a Sunday, I needed a new pressure tank. They literally had to put a round peg in a square hole. They did an amazing job. Will be using reliable pump services again for sure!!!

  I had an emergency and with an ice storm going on I was calling people all over town. These folks offered to put me on the list for today and even though I ended up using someone else that came sooner, Sara was amazingly cordial and thorough and followed up as promised and in a timely manner. Customer service is everything and these folks have a superstar in Sara. Thank you for doing what you said you would do and for being so professional, even if you did not get the job.

  No showed for my appointment twice in a week. The second time after telling them I can't leave my wife and kids without water they promised me they would definitely be out, but never came. I would rather a company be honest and say they cannot make it.
