  This company came out and repaired an old LP water heater. It failed again in 6 weeks with very limited use. They were called and would not take ownership of even having completed the repair in the first place and were basically dismissive. Finally they agreed they had done the repair. With a description of the problem they stated it was a different part now that was needed. They stated they would call the next day with a quote for the repair. They never called. On further investigation, the parts they installed previously were not correctly installed and therefor were not working properly. The new part they had installed was removed and reinstalled with missing screws added. 5 days later there has been no further issue with the water heater. Not impressed with this company.

  Professional and reliable. They have helped me find and fix leaks, unclog drains and repair faucets. I highly recommend them. Always honest, fair and thorough. Reasonable prices and never any issues with their work.

  Ill never use them again. A simple leak was fixed but when we called him back for a problem resulting from his work, he first told us he had no record of the work (we have a receipt). I again called him and he would not come back to fix a problem he created unless I paid full hourly rate. He would not even come to look without a fee.
