  Jeff and Joann were able to get me out of a jam in very short order. We had a LP water heater go bad. He was able to listen to our concerns about the heater, he then diagnosed, and recommend a solution that was delivered, and installed the next day. Thanks to Reliable, we were able to get back to normal just in time for Thanksgiving.

  DO NOT USE RELIABLE PLUMBING. THEY INSTALLED FAUCETS. THE DIVERTER DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. WHEN YOU DIVERT TO SHOWER YOU GET LITTLE WATER FROM THE SHOWER AND LOTS OF WATER FROM THE TUB SPOUT. WHEN I CALLED, TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM, JOANNE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES. NO ANSWER. FINALLY THE NEXT DAY, I SPOKE WITH JEFF WHO STATED THE SHOWER IS WORKING JUST AS IT SHOULD AND REFUSED TO FIX IT. I PAID 1,155 DOLLARS FOR A BOTCHED JOB.

  Joanne and Russell saved my bacon. I needed a new toilet, and quick. I called Reliable Plumbing and Russell came out the next day! Now I'm sittin pretty. Great job. Great price too, very professional. I plan to call them for a Softener.
