Back in June had a new heat pump installed from Reliable Comfort. Yesterday morning we woke up and it was 60 degrees in our house. We had the heat set to 68. We have not had any issues with our new system until yesterday. I called them on a Saturday and was able to speak with Ashley and she did a great job reassuring me that they would get us back up and running. She told me the technician would text me with a time he would be down. Within 5 minutes of ending my call Ashley I received a text that Jerrod would arrive between 3-pm and 7pm. I received a text around 1:30pm he was on his way, so he was going to be early! Jerrod arrived and was professional from start to finish! He was able to get us back up and running within 20 minutes! He explained that when our new system was installed the emergency heat was not connected properly so we were using 100% heat pump. While this is extremely efficient, when it gets down to 8 degrees outside it has a hard time keeping up. The fact it was still able to stay 60 degrees in the house using only the heat pump just shows the quality heat pumps they offer. We have the Daikin heat pump and have truly been impressed. We would recommend Reliable Comfort to anyone!

We had a new heating and AC system installed yesterday and Justin and the rest of the crew were awesome. They did a great job, were very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. After completing the installation, Justin stayed after the others left to make sure we understood how to operate the new thermostats and to answer any questions. Great job!

Guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend the company to anyone needing furnace repair or instalment. Did a great job on clean up. Good job all way around. Thank you fellas!!!!!
