  Reliable was a pleasure to do business with. I was able to make an appointment straight away. The office staff made it easy for me to explain my issue and were clear and upfront with any costs that may be incurred. They followed through on the appointment reminder call and technician arrival texts. The technicians were friendly, provided quality work and went above and beyond to answer my many questions. I will recommend to friends and family as a trustworthy service provider.

  The pipe that drains our downspouts and basement drains was broken and full of roots; this caused our basement drains to backup with water. We called six companies and either got the run around, or no return calls. Our neighbors had Reliable perform similar repairs to their outside pipes and they recommended them to us. After I called Reliable, they had someone to our house to give us an estimate within a week, and we had a written estimate within four hours of their visit. The estimate they provided spelled out the steps they would perform to fix our pipes, and was reasonably priced. Reliable was able to begin the work the following week, and, despite the terrible weather we experienced (February in Ohio), they were able to complete all of the repairs in a timely fashion. Thanks to Reliable's crew, our drain pipes are working, and our basement drains do not back up with water anymore. We highly recommend Reliable Basement and Drain.
