  I have called this place three times over the past two weeks. The first two times I left a message with my problem and my phone number and got no response. The third time I finally got through and talk to the lady who said they would call me back and they never did. I was calling for our business to get a new toilet. My boss talked to someone who worked there on top of me calling three times and again no response. On a separate matter pertaining to my home we called and they said they would call us back. We then called back a week later And they finally came out right away. I feel so incredibly defeated. If a business is too busy to come take care of my problem then let me know so I can move onto the next plumber. Don’t leave me hanging!

  We recently had a need for a plumber for our well system. We needed a new pressure tank. Kent was our service person and he was absolutely excellent in knowledge and skill to fix the problem. How refreshing to find a contractor who knows what they're doing and were professional and prompt in their service. I highly recommend Reinhard Plumbing.
