  Bought a pump here 2 years ago and still running strong. I made a posting 2 years ago that was incorrect and wrong. Lowes brand pumps are cheap and this dealer is high grade. I apologize again sir. UPDATE 12/20/18 (you made your point about a new extended warranty I said I was a sorry and left i advise you to do the same)

  I beg your pardon, sir. Lowes DOES NOT sell Zoller or Liberty sump pumps or sewage pumps.. The two brands I mentioned are the brands I sell. They are professional grade pumps. Lowes sells Utilitec, Watchdog, and Jackel brands which is a DIY (Do it yourself) homeowners grade of pumps. Some of which are thermoplastic. Check the warranty on the one you bought vs Lowes, also. The same thing is true of the submersible well pumps I sell vs the stock available at Lowes. I sell Schaefer all stainless pumps with a warranty of 3 yrs vs the plastic brand Lowes sells with a one year warranty. Rule of thumb is you get what you pay for.   They carry quality parts with great warranties. As a plumbing professional I stay away from inferior materials (box store products) because I warranty my work. They even walk the average home owner thru simple repairs with great advice. I've seen this in person. Todd Sowers, owner of Sowers Plumbing.
